A. Service charge
1. Standard maintenance service plan
Retail and catering businesses, including software and hardware, charge an annual fee of HK $1500 per year. Hardware factory maintenance for 1 year, including free door-to-door service for the first year. Thereafter, maintenance customers only provide telephone and online remote control computer support. If on-site service is required, it will be charged on a per visit basis$ 750 / time)
Free testing and maintenance services, excluding parts, customers need to send their own hardware to our company for maintenance.
2. Special maintenance service plan
The annual fee is HK $3000 / year. The services include: telephone and online remote control computer support. If the telephone and online remote control computer can not solve the problem, door-to-door inspection will be arranged, no limit to the number of times. In addition, the same store location, other additional extension, special maintenance service only half price, charge $1500 / set / year.
3. For software maintenance service, 15% of the original price or at least HK $1500 annual fee will be charged.
4. Cloud database deposit, charge $50 – $150 per month by usage (1GB to 3gb). Charge $600 to $1800 per year.
Non maintenance customers need to pay a regular price of $1800 / year for cloud database storage (1-3gb). If the database usage time exceeds 20 minutes / day or the database capacity is greater than 3gb, they need to upgrade to a monthly plan of $2500 / month
5. Web pages and website deposit, enterprise $150 per month(< 3GB Database) Annual fee of $1800
6. Other single visit, $750 / visit and non maintenance customers
Non maintenance customer, database storage cost is $1800/ year(<3GB) If you need telephone and Internet remote control computer support, you will be charged $750 each time (prepaid)
If you need a door-to-door service charge of $750 / hour, the minimum charge is two hours, a total of $1500 (prepaid)
7. An administrative fee of $300 and a database service fee of $1800 will be charged for overdue renewal
A. System maintenance service for non renewed customers:
(1) [POS-ONSITE-NON] For door-to-door service or technical support, HK $750 per hour, at least two hours.
(customers need to deposit money in advance, and our company will send staff to visit after confirmation.)
(2) [OVERDUE-FEE] For customers who have expired the renewal, we will charge HK $300 administrative fee.
(3) [RE-ACTIVATION] Customers whose maintenance service has stopped will be charged HK $1800.00 for account restart and first inspection if they need to restart maintenance.
*** In order to avoid the delay of system support caused by this, it is recommended that customers continue to participate in the annual insurance plan provided by our company after the maintenance period, so that we can provide fast and perfect service to your company.
*** The company tries to provide earlier and faster maintenance service, but the door-to-door time may be delayed due to the situation. No 100% guarantee.

Exemption clause
1. If we need to re install the system or provide on-site technical support due to our system problems, we may charge for system re installation or on-site service according to the situation.
e.g. Computer virus, self installed system, or man-made accidental damage to the computer, etc
2. The company will not make any guarantee for the data stored in the cloud database. The customer shall backup the system data regularly.
A. Maintenance service during office hours:
In order to ensure that customers can get perfect after-sales service after purchasing various types of products of our company, our company provides maintenance service for products or software during the maintenance period.
General maintenance includes the following contents:
(1). Remote diagnosis
(2). Hotline support
(3). Home hardware limited warranty service
(4). The company may borrow hardware for customers’ temporary use according to the situation (only the decision belongs to the company)
(generally, support is provided through remote diagnosis or telephone, and door-to-door service is provided only when remote diagnosis or telephone is not available.)
(5). General maintenance period: (at the latest on the next working day) Monday to Friday: 9:00 am – 18:00 PM (excluding public holidays)
(6). If our company needs to re install the system or provide on-site technical support due to other non system problems of our company, our company may charge for system re installation or on-site service according to the situation.
e.g. Computer virus, user’s own re installation of the operating system, resulting in system re installation, or man-made accidental damage to the computer, etc., door-to-door service charges HK $750 per hour, at least two hours.
(7). [POS-INSTALL-RE] Retail and catering system re installation cost $1500 / time
(8). [POS-TRAINING] System operation retraining cost $1500 / class
(9). For outlying islands and other remote places, an additional HK $350 will be charged (50% of the first visit for the same problem each time)

B. Non office door to door service package ticket (original price $750 / hour, need to buy in advance, valid for one year.)
Plan 1:
3-hour package: $1800 / 3 hours; Night, weekend and public holiday (save $450)
[at least 1 hour] (save $450)
Plan 2:
5-hour package: $2500 / 5 hours; Night, weekend and public holiday (save $1250)
Package terms
1. The company tries to provide earlier and faster maintenance services, but the door-to-door time may be delayed due to the situation. No 100% guarantee.
2. The door-to-door service package must be purchased in advance to arrange special maintenance personnel, otherwise it will not be handled.
3. The door-to-door service package is only available for the first year or customers who have participated in the maintenance service, and the validity period is one year.
4. The door-to-door service package is only valid during the maintenance period. If the maintenance is overdue or not renewed, the remaining package will be void.
5. Door to door service package maintenance period
00:00 ~ 09:00 hrs (4-8 hours on-site service)
09:00 ~ 24:00 hrs (1-4 hours on-site service)
6. Door to door service, at least 1 hour, telephone and remote support, at least 15 minutes.
