A. Service charge
1. Standard maintenance service plan
Retail and catering businesses, including software and hardware, charge an annual fee of HK $1500 per year. Hardware factory maintenance for 1 year, including free door-to-door service for the first year. Thereafter, maintenance customers only provide telephone and online remote control computer support. If on-site service is required, it will be charged on a per visit basis$ 750 / time)
Free testing and maintenance services, excluding parts, customers need to send their own hardware to our company for maintenance.
2. Special maintenance service plan
The annual fee is HK $3000 / year. The services include: telephone and online remote control computer support. If the telephone and online remote control computer can not solve the problem, door-to-door inspection will be arranged, no limit to the number of times. In addition, the same store location, other additional extension, special maintenance service only half price, charge $1500 / set / year.
3. For software maintenance service, 15% of the original price or at least HK $1500 annual fee will be charged.
4. Cloud database deposit, charge $50 – $150 per month by usage (1GB to 3gb). Charge $600 to $1800 per year.
Non maintenance customers need to pay a regular price of $1800 / year for cloud database storage (1-3gb). If the database usage time exceeds 20 minutes / day or the database capacity is greater than 3gb, they need to upgrade to a monthly plan of $2500 / month
5. Web pages and website deposit, enterprise $150 per month(< 3GB Database) Annual fee of $1800
6. Other single visit, $750 / visit and non maintenance customers
For non-warranty customers, the database storage fee is $1,800/year (less than 3GB) If you need phone and remote computer support, $750 per transaction (prepayment required)
If you need on-site service, $750/ hour, the minimum charge is 2 hours, a total of $1,500 (prepayment required)
7. An administrative fee of $300 and a database service fee of $1800 will be charged for overdue renewal
A. System maintenance service for non renewed customers:
(1) [POS-ONSITE-NON] on-site service or technical support, HK$750 per hour, at least 2 hours.
(Customers need to deposit money first, and the company will send personnel to the door after confirmation.) )
(2) [OVERDUE-FEE] For customers whose policy has expired, we will charge an administrative fee of HK$300.
(3) Customers whose [RE-ACTIVATION] maintenance service has been discontinued, if they need to restart the maintenance, they will be charged an account restart fee of HK$1,800.00 and the first inspection.
*** In order to avoid the delay of system support caused by this, it is recommended that customers continue to participate in the annual insurance plan provided by our company after the maintenance period, so that we can provide fast and perfect service to your company.
*** The company tries to provide earlier and faster maintenance service, but the door-to-door time may be delayed due to the situation. No 100% guarantee.

Exemption clause
If the need for our company to visit for system reinstallation or to provide on-site technical support is not due to issues with our system, we may charge fees for system reinstallation or on-site services based on the situation. For example: computer viruses, self-reinstallation of the system, or human accidents causing computer damage, etc.
For data stored in the cloud database, our company does not provide any guarantees. Customers should perform regular system data backups on their own.
A. Maintenance service during office hours:
In order to ensure that customers can get perfect after-sales service after purchasing various types of products of our company, our company provides maintenance service for products or software during the maintenance period.
General maintenance includes the following contents:
(1). Remote Diagnosis
(2). Telephone Hotline Support
(3). On-site hardware limited warranty service
(4). The company may borrow hardware for customers’ temporary use according to the situation (only the decision belongs to the company)
(generally, support is provided through remote diagnosis or telephone, and door-to-door service is provided only when remote diagnosis or telephone is not available.)
(5). General maintenance hours: (next working day at the latest) Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (excluding public holidays)
(6). If our company needs to re install the system or provide on-site technical support due to other non system problems of our company, our company may charge for system re installation or on-site service according to the situation.
e.g. Computer virus, user’s own re installation of the operating system, resulting in system re installation, or man-made accidental damage to the computer, etc., door-to-door service charges HK $750 per hour, at least two hours.
(7). [POS-INSTALL-RE] Retail and Restaurant System Reinstallation Fee $1,500/ each time [POS-TRAINING] System operation retraining fee $1,500 / per lesson
(9). Outlying islands and other remote areas will incur an additional charge of HK$350 (per visit). A subsequent visit for the same issue will be 50% of the initial fee.

B. Non office door to door service package ticket (original price $750 / hour, need to buy in advance, valid for one year.)
Plan 1:
3-Hour Package: $1,800 / 3 hours; Nighttime, Weekends, and Public Holidays (Save $450)
[Minimum 1-hour session] (Save $450)
Plan 2:
5-Hour Package: $2,500 / 5 hours; Nighttime, Weekends, and Public Holidays (Save $1,250)
Package Terms
1. We strive to provide early and expedited repair service, but service times may be delayed depending on circumstances. This is not a 100% guarantee.
2. Pre-purchase of a service package is required to arrange for a designated repair technician; otherwise, no service will be provided.
3. Service packages are only valid for the first year or for existing customers with existing warranty coverage and are valid for one year.
4. Service packages are valid only during the warranty period. If the warranty expires or is not renewed, any remaining service packages will be void.
